I wonder how Cecil’s serious fans feel: Brett Cecil is scheduled to rejoin the Toronto Blue Jays’ rotation on Thursday against the Boston Red Sox. Cecil has been out since he hurt his left knee when he fell trying to field a bunt on Aug. 8 against Baltimore. The rookie left-hander is 5-1 with a 4.35 ERA in 13 games, 12 starts, this season.
